DOMAINTAINS exists to make the relationship between an operator service and its FreePBX configuration explicit, without requiring a closed commercial infrastructure.
A focused software product.
The project is a community module for FreePBX 16 and 17, with separate operator reference integrations. The module metadata identifies FreePBX UK as publisher. It is not FreePBX itself, a carrier, a billing platform or a general remote administration agent.
Control through clear responsibilities.
Provider neutrality is not the absence of rules. Customer authority, entitlement, allocation, emergency registration and local configuration each need an owner. Public contracts make those boundaries inspectable and give operators a foundation for their own implementations.
An honest development milestone.
This website describes the 0.7.0-dev implementation and its public references. It does not imply vendor endorsement, installed customer numbers, formal certification or production acceptance.
